ORDERING & TURNAROUND
To order or enquire you're best to fill our our Order Enquiry form which helps us get the information we need straight up. This means there's not so much back and forth and we can get back to making delicious cookies. Keep in mind we can't make changes to your order 5 days out from delivery.
Ideal turnaround time is no less than 1 week for standard orders. The more notice the better. That helps us with staffing, new biscuit designs and ordering in custom cutters, etc.
DELIVERY, PICKUP & PAYMENT
Delivery is available for a small fee locally (Port Stephens, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie). A courier service is available for wider NSW and Australia. Tell us your postcode for an accurate quote. (e.g Sydney 2001).
If you're prefer to pick up let us know in your Order Enquiry and we'll give you our address. We're a home based business so you're not looking for a shopfront.
Payment can be made by direct deposit or cash on delivery. We'll email you a Tax Invoice a few days beforehand. For orders over $200 a deposit is required.

The price range for most biscuits is between $3 and $5 each. For large or complex designs expect to pay more.
We also have a minimum order of 12.
We offer vanilla bean, vanilla cinnamon and dark chocolate. We also offer Christmas spice around Christmas time. Specify which flavour you want in the details of the Order Enquiry form.
Keep in mind one flavour per order under $50.
Your order can come in a range of packaging options. Generally most orders are presented in a white, window faced bakery box.
Most designs can come packaged in individual clear, self sealed bags at an additional $0.50 each.
Clear lid gift boxes tied with ribbon are also available for an additional $3 each.
